FINALLY blogging about how I celebrated my birthday this year. It happened on the 13th of October, which is like 2 months ago. Hahaha god I don't even know how I dragged it so long till now! So after much procrastination (not like I'm dreading to blog about it, just no time!!), finally I'm here to write about how I celebrate my 18th birthday this year. Nothing special, nothing extravagant - but I kinda love the way it is. Just me and the closest people with me. Will consider holding a birthday party on my 21st?
1. A day before my actual birthday with the family
Had crab buffet at Parkroyal on Beach Road! All thanks to my banquet manager, Oscar, we got a 50% off for the buffet! It was initially $70 per pax (after gst and service charge) and we only paid $35 per person. So thankful for such an awesome manager. I worked under him in Hilton last time, and now that he work under Parkroyal, I came over and help him too. He's really too good, so I don't mind working with him even if the pay is lower.
Best manager award goes to him!!
Unlimited sea bass!!! Crazy.
And the 6 different cooking method of crabs~
And it's time to tuck in~
Dad caught stealing mum's food lol.
They only serve plain water there and Oscar personally asked the staff there to prepare fruit juice for us! He is really too good, even my friends who I asked to work together under Parkroyal says so.
The only thing I'm not pleased with that night.. This bland like idk what hot chocolate. It makes me feel like I'm drinking drain water?!!?! Not like I drank before though.. But the taste is really BLEAH.
People I cherish <3
Time for some desserts!
My camera make up mode is really ze best. No filter, no edit. Just make up mode that instantly gives you flawless complexion!
#ootd that night, with the cake Oscar bought for me. Ahhh can't thank him enough.
Wind in my hair hahaha
Wanted to go to the 4D Adventure Land: Journey 2 but it starts at 5pm so we went to have some small bites before coming back.
I thought the Day Play Pass (extreme left) was quite worth it because we get to play up to 16 attractions for $69.90! The evening play pass we purchased can only play 3 out of attractions which already costed us $31.90.
My honest opinion... Journey 2 was
okay. I dislike how our POV always changes, like from the lead role to another person, to the eel. And the poke from the eel is soooo pain I got a shock and sprained my neck which fucking hurts wtf. Even bf said the poke is a little too hard!!
Some lame introduction before we go in..
The extreme log ride is awesome!! I'd rather spend 2 of my attractions here rather than on the journey 2. If you love rollercoaster rides like me, you will LOVE this. This is exactly like rollercoaster, where you (a log) go through an extreme ride with the other logs! It was very real and I love how the "cars" move along as well haha.
After the rides, we went to the beach and caught the sunset. <3
Otw to have dinner :D
My handsome date for the night. Muacks!
The scenery from our dining place is so lovely. Facing the sea and we can catch Songs of The Sea at the same time! (though we are going to watch later after our meal haha)
And our humongous hawaiian pizza arrived! Love the chunky sweet pineapples.
Fireworks while eating. How romantic right??!! ♡
Bf said he spent $500 to organize this fireworks for me haha. AND my friends even asked me if it is real LOL.
Chili crab pasta which is super yummy! Bf can't stop raving about it even after a few days later hehe. The chili crab sauce is just right and with the soft shell crabs + pasta, I thought it was really really great!!
The crowd after the show ended...
faints
Bf secretly asked the staff to write "Happy Birthday" on our dessert plate hehe. <3
Great company, great food, great service, great scenery. ♡
Skyloft Rooftop Bar & Restaurant
Location: iFly Singapore, Level 5
Songs of The Sea afterwards! :-)
Perfect way to end the night.
Went back home to cut the birthday cake with family~
My god the lighting is terrible and my camera flash light is not detected so pardon me for that.
Anyway, my birthday cake that Oscar very kindly gifted me! :D Was all smiles that night, felt like a little princess hehe.
All thanks to my big fat love who spent all the time, effort and money to make me a princess. ♡ Thank you dearest. :')
And my birthday outfit that night! Love it so much.

Totally had no idea they are gonna buy a birthday cake for me!! Their plan was a success haha.
And.... eating the cake our way because we have no plates haha. Much more yummier this way though hehe.

(P/S: Notice how coincidentally I actually wore something floral for all THREE days?!!? My love for floral is true.)
A year older, a year wiser.
Can't wait to grow old to see what the future had planned for me, but at the same time dreading because older = more responsibilities. Just wanna live everyday carefree, without things bothering me. I miss childhood very very much though.
Thank you for all the people who wished me. X
