Underwater World x Dolphin x Sea lions

Can say this is my first time "officially going out" after holidays started 2 weeks ago!! Wahahaha been rotting staying/chilling at home for too long I think! Everyday is just wake up > breakfast > laptop + phone > watch shows/read blogs > skip lunch > continue routine > dinner > continue routine > watch shows at midnight with sis (selective days) > sleep. Interesting ma??? 

Went out to Underwater World + watch Dolphin show with MrChua for our 23rd month! :D Next month will be our 2nd anniversary and I can't wait to celebrate together with surprises from him!! Wahahaha.

After a long bus ride from Cck + monorail ride from Vivo City + a long, tiring walk from beach station, we finally reached!!!! Phew.

After around 30-40mins we walked finished the whole underwater world and we had nothing to do~ :/

We head out to the Dolphin Lagoon show there and take a look if there's any dolphins swimming!

And YES there are dolphins!! Swimming around with the people that paid $170 to swim with them.
Yes you didn't see wrong, I asked the staffs there and they said it cost $170 per person per session to swim and interact with the dolphins. O_O Are you kidding me.

$5 magnum is really expensive.... but it's so nice so I blame the temptation.

Talented and smart sea lions! They must have gone through a lot of hardwork and sweat in order to perform in front of the audiences. Hope they didn't get torture/abuse in the process like what everyone said. :(:(:(

Weekly updates

Holidays has been good for me since the start! Although there wasn't much activities, going out and enjoying myself kind of days, but I love the feeling of waking up and not worrying about anything and everything, and not looking forward to anything. It's like totally stress-free!! A good feeling I haven't felt for a long time! :D

DO YOU GUYS LOVE SOUP AS MUCH AS I DO??!?! I love soups so much I can drink like 2-3 bowls down. Especially mommy's soup. Her home-cooked soup is the best.

After the paper, went to had a mini celebration with classmates at Jurong Point. Ate Fig&Olive and the meal was kind of bad....

And then to West Coast Plaza's My Dessert House for some yummy dessert!

This waffle icecream I tried was really nice and worth it($5.90 I think)!! There are so much more varieties to choose from as well. You have to go down personally and try it. :) It is located at B1!

Monday's ootd to town and then to Reuben's housewarming!

That was the day he bought me the Coach wristlet! <3

Evening, I met up with Alicia and headed to Reuben's house for his housewarming! His house is really nice and white and simple which I like!! It's like my dream house wtf hahaha. Well ok not really but at least it's a house I wish I can at least live in next time. Or better. :)

Ba kut teh yesterday with MrChua at teckwhye before accompanying me to visit the polyclinic. 

Been sick since 3 days ago and still working my way to recovery! 1st day was really BAD. Fever, sore throat, and a bit flu all at the same time. Feeling damn cold no matter when and slept with 2 blankets on top of me but still cold. Basically, it was hell. Luckily I pop down a panadol after that and it recover at night!! Feeling so so much better after that. 2nd and 3rd day was really bad sore throat and my voice turned into really "man" and sexy lol. I always went out of pitch when I talk sometimes zz. And then I got really tired of talking because I need to use more energy projecting out my voice..

It's been the 4th day now and I'm definitely better! No more fever and sore throat is much more better. Want to get better asap because I HATE EATING MEDICINES!!! It really tasted so awful and nasty I hope someone can invent better tasting medicine-like-sweet next time. PLEASE!! But then again it will also serve as a reminder and warning that if you don't take care of your body, you will have to suffer by eating those awful tasting medicines. If not kids will want to get sick to eat medicines that taste like sweets??? Hahaha I'm thinking too much wtf.

Anyway!! Teckwhye's ba kut teh is really good!!! Wahahaha. It's been a while since I ate it and it's still as good. And soup is refillable if you order 2 person or more set! Yumzzz.

Valentine's Day

Hello!! I'm finally back here blogging!!

Now that I've own an iPhone, I became SUPER lazy to bring out my camera sometimes. Or sometimes, I can just slip my mind and head out without bring my camera along. Or when I remember to bring out, the battery died on me as soon as I snap some shots because stupid me forget to charge it zzz.

Sorry. Thats me. Hahahaha.

But I promise to bring my camera out and snap many pics for my blog, for memory sake and for you guys. :)

During Vday, it was quite dreading because it was the 3rd exam that day and the 1st exam after a long break from CNY. So I wasn't really prepared because I didn't study much for F&B as I only take 1 day before the exam to study.... Really super turn off to study during cny periods so I dragggged all the way till the day before exams haha. It was just pure memorizing with no common sense at all. I guess I would have done better if I was to study 2 days before the exam. But it's okay, everything is good since it's over. =)

Vday's OOTD! Been awhile since I wear skirt :) Trying to be girly that day haha.

After the exam, I went to met up with MrChua and then head to Town for some shoppin'!!! Both of us didn't buy anything for each other because we didn't want to waste money and buy something each other don't like so we make a deal to go shopping together and buy stuffs that each other like! :D

Didn't saw anything we like so we head to Vivo for more shoppin' and also his cousin+gf joined us~ 

Super blessed because MrChua always buy anything and everything for me if I like. In the end he bought me a C&K bag for $69 and two Lowrys Farm sweater for $60. =D (When I reach home, both sis and I find that the bag is a lil too heavy with very little compartments and no zip so I decided to change to another bag which is $70+ haha. Fickle-minded me is fickle-minded.) After which all of us joined MrChua's 2nd sis+husband and went to Sentosa's COASTES for dinner!

The crayfish + prawns were so huge and fresh I felt like I'm in heaven when I'm eating those. Not even kidding. The tomato sauce was a lil spicy as well which adds in the kick. The clams were awful though, seems like it's not cooked enough/not fresh. But still, it is definitely worth ordering.

Overall meal was great!! On average, per person cost about $25-$30, which I think it is worth to indulge once in a while together with the sea view/beach beside the beach bar. Kinda romantic so do bring your loved ones there and enjoy a great meal! ^.^ 

Next we head to Privé cafe at Keppel Bay for some dessert/really yummy cakes! There's always room for desserts no matter how full you are~~

Both cakes are really tasty but you've got to prepare to burn a hole in your pocket if you were to dine there. A slice of cake like this cost $8! Expensive, but I would say worth a try. There are also other cakes/ice cream/drinks/ etc or if you would like to have main courses, Privé restaurant is located just beside(actually both are linked)!

MrChua and I cab home early because my goddammit contact lens is giving me problems. EVERY TIME!! ALWAYS!! AT NIGHT!! Ughhhh fml x100.

Really happy since last Friday because that was when it was my last paper of year 1 and I'M FINALLY DONE WITH YEAR 1!!!! Time surely flies and I'm not really confident to say I'm prepared for year 2. Year 1 had been kinda stress because every sem is olevels to me and I'm really not committed to studies because it's just really SIAN and memorizing is really really really not my type/style. All I can say is I've done my best for all the papers, tried to read/memorize/understand as much as my brain can take it. Just hope I can pass all my modules and not retake any of it.... Suddenly my dream to university seems even smaller and further away. 

ALRIGHT!!! Lets not talk about boring studies related stuffs anymore. I'm looking forward to what brings in during holiday. I'm gonna enjoy myself to the fullest and to the best. Might not be working I guess... Just wanna relax and enjoy myself. Not in need of money either~

Lastly.....

Dearest MrChua bought me the COACH wrislet that I've always wanted yesterday!!!!!!!! I'm soooo happy I can die of happiness hahahaha. He just bought me to Wisma and eat after that he bought me to COACH outlet to buy the wristlet... Awww why so sweet. :'))) It's a late vday present along with the C&K bag and 2 sweaters. 

Isn't the colour SUPER GORGEOUS?!?!?! There's also neon yellow/mint colour too! It's the latest new arrivals and there also satchels/bags of the same colour too!! If I could, I would grab allll of the same colour and form a super gorgeous combination with all of them. The bag is really nice!! Go check it out if you have not. I swear you will want to buy one for yourself too haha. 

I'm feeling guilty because I only bought him one CK shirt which cost $99 (wtf idk why mens shirt always so expensive).... But partially is his fault because he everything don't want/say not nice. His style is just boring black/white/brown with as little words as possible haha.

Collected loads of angbaos, eat many yummy cny goodies (my fav ones are pineapple tarts & seaweed!!) and had a lot of fun chit-chatting with your long-time-no-see relatives/cousins!! I had fun this year like previous years as well! Just having fun, gambling.... Won $82 this year hehe. Lady luck is on my side this time!!

Now I'm back with some Instagram CNY updates hehe.

CNY nails!! ^.^

I'm proud to say this that I diy-ed this myself!! =D Just apply a base colour coat and then paste some 3D flowers on it! So lucky to found a nail adhesive last minute with sis and it was on sale! 1 for $1.90, buy 1 get 1 free. :) So we quickly grab it and went home to do our nails the day before CNY - haha very last minute. But I'm glad it turned out well since it was our first time trying these nail adhesives!! =) It lasted for close to a week as well.

HAHA family and I spent our Day 1 at IKEA shopping for some household stuffs. We totally have NO plan on that day and only I suggested to go to IKEA since we haven't been there for quite some time already. Then we contemplated awhile and headed to IKEA Alexandra only at 4pm-ish haha.

Might as well settle our dinner at IKEA too heheh since the food is known for it's really yumminess haha.

Paternal side relatives came over to our house to bainian and lunch!! After that we prepared and head over to maternal side's popo house. :)


Was actually wearing a floral pants instead but it tore. :(( Maybe I'm too fat!!! :'((( But I haven't had the chance to wear out before leh.... not even once zzz. Super spoil mood so I have to replace it with this stripes one.. My first time wearing this as well haha. Don't know kept in wardrobe for how many years already zz.


My dearest boy came over to bainian and gave some New Moon stuffs to my parents hehehe. So filial to my parents as well. :'))) 2nd CNY with this boy ♡♡♡♡

Hello!! I'm back with some updates for the week. :) All pics stolen from my Instagram haha. 

Can't blame me as I've nothing to blog about since I haven't been going anywhere that is picture-worthy! Exams is coming as well... :( SIGH SIGH SIGH where is the mood to study??!??

Casual formal for Econs presentation!! I hate wearing jeans because it makes my legs stuffy and make me uncomfortable but sometimes it's good for a change. My neon transparent heels from Taobao!! :D Love it but it gives my poor feet blisters. :(( Sad truth about heels is that all heels will never be as comfy as slippers.

Then it was Thursday.... 

And finally the weekends!! Spending my Sunday with MrChua to his grandpa's birthday and then met up with my family + relatives at Woodlands to shop for CNY goodies!! Love love love shopping/preparing/decorating for CNY. Love the whole process and atmosphere hehehe.

On a side note, counting down 7 DAYS to CNY!!!! =DDDDD

Reason why I wear long pants + wedges is to make myself look taller so as to go well with Reuben the crazy 1.7-1.8m guy. -_-

Went to Taka's Imperial Treasure with Reuben as he got his pay and keep say want treat me but no time so here we are finally!! And Ivan joined as well. :) 

The food is sooo good. I love the carrot cake and XLBs!! Please do yourself a favour and try these when you're there!

Finally, the weekends came again and headed out to catch The Impossible at JCube with MrChua!! :D

The Impossible was great!! It was super touching and also a little gory + scary for me. Go watch it if you haven't!! I will rate 8/10 for this.

After that, I headed to Lot One and met up with my family for dinner + Ah Boys To Men 2!! :D

We had 3-4 hours of free time before the movie and we spend our time shopping and walking around Lot One. Almost fell asleep.... lol. ABTM2 was awesome though!! :) For me, part 1 and part 2 is equally nice to watch. It's just that part 1 focus more on really funny scenes and part 2 is more touching but with funny scenes as well!! :) 

I laughed especially hard when Lobang said "Eh, you rifle new one ah? So short one." (in Mandarin) I LAUGHED LIKE CRAZY YOU KNOW?? Even teared hahahaha.

Okay no more spoilers. GO WATCH!!! I will give it a 9/10!

And then after the movie while we're walking our way back home, I found a girl's ezlink! I quickly went home to tweet about it and thank god for the thousand RTs, one of the girl's friend contacted me to give me her number and I return back her ezlink just now! :D I'm amazed at how fast it is haha. Thank you to all the people who had retweeted and thank you for being kind. :)

And it makes me happy that I did something good and make people happy. :D
How I hope everybody will be like this! Then faith in humanity will be restored haha.
