I'll start blogging from the 2 hamsters I bought, then to the babies they gave birth, and then now where the babies had already grown up.

It all started from this cage, these 2 hamsters. (Anyway that was Jacky on the wheel, his favourite spot.)
We bought both of them at Pets Kampong located outside Yew Tee Point. We named them Jacky[(male) because last time we kept one hamster too and he too named Jacky] and Meeny[(female) from my Twitter name and it sounds cute].
Jacky is fat, and he has got red eyes! At first I was kinda scared of his eyes, but now, I find it so unique and rare. As Jacky is fat, thus he is very lazy and sleep all day(which I find it cute lol). He doesn't bite, and is very obedient.
Meeny is skinny, and she can only see with her right eye. She's super hyper! Meeny bites, and when she bites, your finger can get swollen immediately(like what happened to my sis). She likes to run about.
And I find female hamsters more violent and fierce than male(and you'll be like WHAT?!?!). Ok understood.

Bathing sand(apple flavour)
Mineral stone for them to grind their teeth, or they bite their cage to grind their teeth too

Few weeks later(during that period that make love lol), still remember when we got back from Grandma's house, and went to see both hamsters.. Sis and Mum saw Meeny walked while giving birth to babies! 6 little red "thing" popped out! Sis heard that Dad and babies cannot be put together if not he will eat them up. Thus we seperated Jacky by putting him on a bucket(poor thing).

We didn't know what to do at that time, totally lost! We were just observing what Meeny is going do to the babies.
Meeny use her mouth and picked all the babies up to the shower area
Their eyes, but not sure whether they can see or not
Meeny feeding them milk. Breastfeeding???? Hahaha idk
Poor Jacky in the bucket
Went to consult the owner of the pet shop what to do. But he say we don't need to do anything because the mum hamster will know what to do(omg so smart??) and he told us to not change the bedding for 2 weeks for the smell to stay there or else the mum hamster can't recognise the smell and won't care the baby anymore(when we're suppose to change every twice per week). It gonna be damn smelly!! ~.~ Also, we bought a new cage for Jacky!

We oftenly took Jacky out to play to prevent him from getting bored and sleep and become fatter and fatter and fatter and fatter. (And fyi, he's eating food inside the house!!)
2 weeks going 3 weeks had gone.. Babies had gotten bigger and bigger, till they have fur growing on their body already.
Babies got bigger, need more milk from the mother
Meeny's job got even more tough as she is constantly chased by the babies for milk. She can't even sleep properly. Poor thing :(

Around 1 month after they're borned? They can eat food by themselves.

When babies can start to eat food themselves, we start to seperate the mother from them as the mother start to attack the babies too. One baby was attacked till her/his nose bleed!
So.. poor Jacky is being sacrificed again as Meeny is being placed in the green cage and Jacky is in the bucket again. The reason we don't want to place Meeny in the bucket is because she bites, so we can't bring her out and play, so if she's being place inside the cage, at least she can play with the wheel. We place Jacky in the bucket but we can bring him out to run about anytime!

HAHAHA THEY STACKING UP ON EACH OTHER. Y SO CUTEEEEE
All hamsters like to climb up the cage and go UP to the wheel and bite the cage till rust wth....
Aiyo.. This hamster hungry till sleep with the food. Grow up confirm fat like Jacky!
Bringing out babies to eat because a lot of food was being snatched by other babies. Poor thing
OMG HOW CUTE CAN THESE 2 HAMSTERS GET!!! Esp the below one. He/She has to maintain his/her balance to prevent from falling down the wheel as his/her feet keep want to slide down the wheel. He/She was actually standing on that position, then the above hamster just go up the wheel and lay on top of him/her. Hahahahahahhahahahahhaha OMG DYING OF CUTENESS

We took Jacky out to play too
After 1 month and 1 week, babies started to fight for space and food. One baby is extremely naughty that he make one baby head bleed, and other babies so traumatized! I took him out and put in one container.
Around 1 month and 2 weeks, we went back to the pet shop and give the owner identify which is female and male. 3 males and 3 females! So zhun bwahahaha.
So we seperated them, 3 females to pink cage and 2 males to green cage(the other naughty male baby in the container) and thus Meeny have to shift to another container too. Soon, we gave away Meeny and the naughty baby to our cousin because there's just too many to take good care of :(

Went to our cousin's house and gave them the hamsters.. So sad! But it's okay, we can still visit our hamsters when we go their house :)
Now, the same thing happened again.. 1 female baby go and attack the other 2 babies, so we seperated the baby and put her in a container too. Luckily the 2 male babies are alright, doesn't fight or anything. Still sleeps together! Cute~
We bought a new cage for Jacky too hehehe. Sis and I will bring the naughty female baby and Jacky out to play too.

Fact: Hamsters teeth have a high growth rate, so, a hamster has to polish its teeth regularly, to prevent them from overgrowing. It is a natural habit inculcated in them.

Fact: Hamsters is active at night, and sleeps in the day.

Finally done with this super long post! Hope you guys like it ;) Wanna buy hamsters too?? Heh heh. Cuteness overload everytime! I can stare at their cages and sit there for an hour also won't get bored.
