Hello! Back with some instagram/daily updates. :)

Had an impromptu lunch date with mr chua and mummy chua hehe. ;) After that we head to Gelare for some really yummy waffles + ice cream!!! I know I said this many many times before but I'm still gonna say it again:

I LOVE WAFFLES + ICE-CREAM!!
It is the most perfect combo.

Imagine the waffle is served hot and crispy yet soft inside with your favourite ice-cream flavour and some chocolate syrup.... My god. Heaven!! You gotta try this! It's one of the best I've tried. Häagen-Dazs one is also really good. Please tell me if you know any other places that have yummy desserts like this! I love desserts. ♡ Though Gelare one is expensive(Häagen-Dazs one is similar price but the serving is smaller!), around $15 for the one I ordered, but you definitely have to do yourself a flavour and try it at least once. It is actually worth splurging on once in a while and treat your tummy some good stuff!

Outfit to Bugis last Saturday with sis for some shopping! Bought a bit of stuff for myself. :D We didn't want to stay at home and waste our time away surfing the net whole day as school is starting...

Not sure if I prefer this kind of eyeliner where it connects to the bottom of my eye or those "wings" one... I think this kind makes me look more fierce! It looks good on pics but not so good in real life. Whereas the "wings" one is vice versa. Hmmm why am I telling you guys all this hahaha.

Sis treated me EWF as her belated birthday treat! Why does she have to treat me when it's her birthday? Read about it here and here! We ordered two sides and both of us can't even finish one of it wtf. Should have ordered shoestring fries instead! :( Can't wait to go back next time and try their main dishes!

On my last day of 1.5 month holiday, I'm glad I spent it wisely! :D Headed to Zoo with the family though I went there not long ago during December. It was definitely a fun and happy day with them! Get to see lots of cute animals as well. :)))

SCHOOL IS SUCH A BORE!!! x10

Not sure why, but since year 2 start, I've never been SO not paying attention in class before. Totally zero mood to listen to lectures and do tutorials... WHY AH??? Guess it's because I haven't "switch back" to study mode yet. Year 2 modules are ALL so boring!! Omg I guess that's also one of the reason why I'm not paying attention in class at all. It's all those modules like finance, property management, accounts wtf. I don't even know why am I learning all these in a hotel course. All of all 8 modules(including the most redundant General Education which every course will have to take for god knows why), I guess only 2 modules are helpful for my future when I work in hotel related work. Sigh sigh sigh I hate it. Studying is totally not me.

I need to treat myself better and find something I love to do when I grow older. A simple, happy life for me is enough.

People always tend to cherish things once it is about to gone/gone isn't it?

This week was the last week of my 1.5 month holiday thus I'm trying to go out as frequent as possible to enjoy myself as much as possible before the torture starts...

Monday, met up with classmates for some K session! Only 5 of us though... Others all never reply at class chat / not steady one... BOOOOO~~ So we met at Bugis 2pm (I'm the earliest ok! :> Because I went to Raffles Place before that to take things at 12.30pm so after that I head down to Bugis already.. Haha cheat.) and wait for the forever-late Peggy till 3pm!

Love the yellow off-shoulder top! :) $10 only wahahaha.

We sang at Ksuites at Bugis+. I LOVE the place! It gave a really high-class kind of feeling and the service there is good as well. Most importantly.... it is CHEAP! Guess how much we paid for singing 3 hours there?

And it came up to only $10 PER PERSON!!! Do your maths, it's sooo worth it!

The place is good, free drinks, double tv, wireless microphones.. Pull more friends to go with you so that you guys can eat free fries as well! The fries is fried to perfection, hot and salty. Super yummy!

PLUS.... if you're cold, you can ask from blankets from the counter and the staff will bring it to your room! HOW GOOD IS THAT! I can guarantee less than 1/4 of the kbox will provide this service. I get cold easily so I super love this! Will always visit there when I want to sing. :)

It was really fun singing with them because we get high easily and we all sang english/mandarin songs that we roughly know so all of us can sing along together. =D Hoping to have another K session with them again sooooon!! See you girls on Monday! ^.^

Next, met MrChua after that and went to eat MooJaa Mookata @ 25 Keong Saik Road for our 2nd year! Time really flies. :') Still remember we went to USS for our first year hehe.

Ala carte is quite pricey so we ate buffet as we thought it will be more worth it...

Total bill came up to $81.40 including service charge.

So... how was the meal?

It was terrible. Initially I was so excited to go there and fill our stomachs with good food! Bf suggested to go there since it was highly rave... But we couldn't finish what they initially gave us(like what an ala carte will look like but we can order more if we want to). The food was okay-ish. Like 5/10? I'd rather eat kopitiam food than this zzz. 10 times cheaper but more yummy. Not sure what's the problem though.. Both of us just couldn't finish eating it. The meat kept on dropping in the soup, super little space to bbq the meat, and the soup sucks. Not sure why but many went before and claimed that the soup is suppose to be SUPER yummy with all the bbq meat sauce etc but...... why ours wasn't like that?? Sigh total disappointment to even spend our 2nd year with terrible food.

The food was okay. But if you were to put together with the price that we're paying for, it's terrible. I am only willing to give maximum $5 for what we're eating. But we paid freaking $40 for one person ZZZZZZZZZ. Never EVER EVER going back to this place anymore. Not recommended.

Should have went to Golden Mile or Katong's one? Maybe it will be better.. UGH just unlucky.
