I've been working for 2 months plus and my contract is ending soon. Hmm, I always thought working and doing what you need to do will do. But in Muji, that doesn't seem the case. Mostly all the people that are more superior than you will dislike you, aim towards you. Why? And why am I always one of your target?
In Paragon, I've my supervisor(not gonna say out the name), who always try too hard to aim on me and other part-timers like we're gonna snatch her place. She told us off every time, gave us her bitch attitude, act like she's one of the boss. She told us no coloured hair and big earrings. She her ownself have such attention-seeking red hair. Oh thanks, what a good example. Adding on, (ok unrelated but still) her fashion sense was awesome! Apron and maternity wear for work. Plus a pair of boots!! Cool shit.
1) An all-time boot-licker to people superior than her
2) Likes to flirt with all types of men
3) Shows off her sexy butt crack and cleavage
4) Sits in front of the computer all day typing shit
And I seldom see her on the sales floor. Ok maybe once? When she's going break. Opps sorry, twice I mean. When she's going home too. I bet if the office have a back door to go out, you'll just revolve around the office and the back door. Nobody will even know whether Muji Paragon has a supervisor.

Soon, due to some matters, I was transferred to Marina Square. Remember last day I bid goodbye to her(due to my kindness) and guess what I got? Nothing! She's ignoring me and busy counting money. Well, then wish you good luck in everything and hope we will never meet again bitch.

At least Marina Square colleagues were much better than Paragon ones. Ok not all in Paragon sucks. Some are good too :-) At least we got more freedom in Marina Square, and the colleagues there are friendly and funny! I was thinking, maybe Marina Square is much more better than Paragon.
Then I was wrong.
Here comes another problematic person. My manager. He was fucking unfair to me and only me whereas plainly showing that he's good to other people, especially her. Well no offence, because she and I are having good friend-colleague relationship and I don't hate her. In fact, I like her a lot because she's stupid and crazy.
Oh please, Mr. Manager. Yes she's pretty but you mean you like her???? You're an ugly old ahpek whereas people is pretty and has boyfriend already. Do you think she'll even like you back or give a damn about it? Every time comes sales floor find her and chit-chat. Please, are you even showing us good example?

Schedule in Marina Square was supposed to be 1 week afternoon, 1 week morning alternatively. Mr. Manager was following this "rule" when I came in. Until 1 month before my contract ends, he gave me everyday afternoon. Fucked up and pissed off. I told my senior colleague(she's also somewhat like a supervisor) then why is the schedule like this. She looked at it and told me she'll change it, so I dropped that matter. Next day, I reported in the morning and my manager asked me wasn't I suppose to be in the afternoon shift. I told him my senior colleague told me she'll change it. But there wasn't any changes made to my schedule. Well, then she clearly forgotten it. Which I don't blame her because last time she also forgets things as she's busy. Mr. Manager told me off because I didn't follow the schedule. Fuck you!! I asked before I came. I didn't change my own so I'm following the new schedule. You're the outdated one. He can call my senior colleague(the one who said she'll help me change) to ask. No problem with that. And I asked him, why I'm the only one who works everyday afternoon whereas everybody(including other part-timers get to have 1 week afternoon and 1 week morning alternatively? Guess what he said.

What's your fucking reason then? Because you dislike me so you gave me all afternoon exceptionally? It's clearly and plainly shown that you're aiming towards me and biased towards the others! And guess what? Everybody has 2 days off per week whereas me? 1 f.u.ck.i.n.g d.a.y. Damn it. You call yourself a manager? Aren't you suppose to show example and be a role model to everyone? Then what are you doing now? Is being unfair to me and bias towards everyone a task in your manager to-do-list too? You're not fit to be a manager at all.
When I asked him something, he gave me attitude. What? You don't like me? Then just fucking fire me. I won't give a less damn to that you asshole. Life's fucking unfair. We, retail assistant got lesser pay than the manager and supervisor, but work like a cow compared to them, typing shit on the computer(referring to only the 2 of them stated above). OH HOW TIRING IS THAT. Both of you are the same, only knows how to stay inside the office whole day. No wonder you guys are old lovers. Opps, did I just said it out????

Every year, Muji will be transferring staffs to other outlets for more practices and learning experience(which I think is bullshit). This year, Marina Square has the most number of people getting transferred out. It was super upsetting to hear the news! Those seniors colleagues that I like almost all got transferred out. And most shocking news?
My dear Paragon supervisor is now promoted to manager! Congratulations. You've succeeded on boot-licking peoples that are more superior than you and begging them to promote you. Well, frankly speaking, the management of Muji and how these people handle with all these stuffs sucks. SHE'S FUCKING PROMOTED BECAUSE NO ONE IS THERE TO REPLACE THE POSITION OF ANOTHER MANAGER IN ION THAT HAD QUIT. Get that? That's plainly stupid.
Actually that doesn't concern me because my contract will be ending soon and I will never be working back again in this lousy company. Neither do I want to see all these fucktards anymore.
Then there goes the roller coaster ride, plunging down again.
Worst news ever. She'll be transferred to Muji Marina Square as our new manager. FUUUUUUUUUU
You mean I'm going to meet that bitch again?!?! Rest of my remaining days at Muji will be hell because the old lovers will gang up and aim me. Definitely. Two person I hate the most in Muji will be working together with me in the same outlet. How was that going to be? I'm gonna point middle finger at that pair of fucking old lovers. /spit saliva
I'm definitely quitting. If not, I'll do things that will make them fire me. Which I'm doing it now: 4 days of not going to work(including my pathetic 1 day off).
If you're saying that my contract is ending on the end of Feb so why not just wait.. Then I'm gonna tell you I can't tolerate any of their nonsense anymore. I don't wanna continue staying there and see them lovey dovey inside the manager room. If there's a bed inside, they'd probably fuck too.
