The big thing.
Well, at least it is considered big to me.
-----
It is the present I spent 1 whole month(with slacking here and there) making for boyfie as our 1 year anniversary.
Fortunately, it turned out nice! =D So I'm happy that my efforts actually paid off.
And pictures:
(All the items were bought from Paper Market!)
Fabric scrapbook that works like an album. $24.90
Colourful butterflies and lovely flowers for decorations. $7.90 each
Thickers printed chipboard letters. $9.90
Front and back
Shimmer alpha stickers - sliver. $7.90
Front and back
Colourful paper at $1.10 each!
I like it because it came with many different shades of colours and it's hard and thick enough to decorate at both sides without seeing through the other side :)
Of course, glue to stick decorations and photos.
And the photos I printed out to be included in the album!
At the end I printed out more than these because it's too little and I still many pages and many space to write and stick more photos on it!
I spend close to $80 for everything that I prepared for the album.
And I think it's worth it! Since it's something that's once in a year and it turned out to be very nice ;)
I even became a PaperMarket member and has a VIP card.
(You just need to spend $40nett in a single receipt or $180nett accumulated purchases in 3 months to become one!)
I love how the VIP card has more than 1 uses that it can serve as a discount card(10%) PLUS you can earn points and accumulate inside!!

This will definitely dupe me into buying more pretty stuffs at PaperMarket when comes to gift making!
And best of all,
A NEW OUTLET JUST OPEN AT THE CLEMENTI MALL 04-14/15!!!
Yay to less travel time and more convenient!!
-----
So after buying all the essential stuffs, I started off by sticking the front page(not the cover page)!
Done!
It's not as simple as you think because you need to stick it straight, and make sure every space between the letters are really equal or it will turn out ugly! And once you stick, it's very difficult to remove.
I guess I did a pretty good job though! :-)
And first page down!
Will add in all decorations after I finish writing and pasting all the photos in every page.
And second page! ;)
For your information, because this scrapbook works like a album, it actually has a plastic cover so that I can put my colourful papers inside when done. No extra holes needed to holepunch in order for me to "file" the papers and also extra protection!! :D
Best of all, THE PAPERS FITS IN THE PLASTIC COVER PERFECTLY SO NO CUTTING OR TRIMMING OF THE PAPERS ARE NEEDED!!
Another extra step save :)
Also, I bought ribbon strings from Daiso to tie up my album.
And cute wrapping paper from Daiso too!
And glitter as decorations too! $1+ from Popular
Oh look!! So pretty =DD #proud
All you need to do is use a glue and make out whatever shape you want and pour glitter on it.
But WARNING, it may spread everywhere else and turns to a mess!!
Even my photos and some of my pages have unwanted glitter on it :-/
AND WORST OF ALL, IT'S SUPER DIFFICULT TO GET RID OF IT EVEN WITHOUT GLUE BECAUSE YOUR HANDS ARE ALREADY FULL OF GLITTER THAT STICKS TO YOUR HANDS UNKNOWINGLY.
You may make it worst when you try to make it off.
And with glue, it may come off very easily too. So very luckily, my pages are protected with plastic covers +_+
So if there's more than 1 page that you want to decorate with glitter, do it all at one go so that you can save trouble of cleaning up the mess next time again!
DON'T TRY TO ZOOM IN AND READ!! LOL
Finally, the last page is done too =D
Hey of course I won't show you guys every page though I've it in my camera lol.
It's a secret between boyfie and I :p:p
And the cover page!!
Fully done~ Hehe loves!
So after proofreading every pages to make sure there's no mistakes in anywhere, it's time to wrap it up nicely!
Yay I did a great job!
Sigh. And here comes a story.
Earlier on, I said I wanted to tie it up right?
Like this!!
But because before I started wrapping my presents, Noel also had presents to wrap so I gave her the ribbon strings to tie up her TWO presents. Not very big though, a small cube. Around... 15-20cm?
And if you ask me is that length, breadth or width...
Please kindly run towards the wall and bang your head.
IT'S A CUBE. So obviously it's 15-20cm on every sides zzz.
Ok back to topic. So I lent her due to my very kind heart and thought it was long enough for my album too.
Then obviously I was wrong. Because I didn't read the stated length of the ribbon strings..
It's only 3 fucking metres!!
Actually when I was lending Noel, she kept refusing and said "Nevermind la, it's okay.". But damn, I was too kind-hearted so I just lent her and in the end I only left like... 20cm for me? Zzzzzz.
Ok I shall run to the wall and bang my head myself.
So in the end I can't beautifully tie up my album but instead, only can do a small ribbon and stick it on the corner ;( I spent $2 for Noel's present wrapping, not mine wtf. Sobs!
Add in some words and... DONE!
And boyfie told me he love it! Better than what he gave me :p
Here's what he gave me:
With 365 hearts(represents 1 year),
and 8 small little notes(that represents the date we are together) inside :)
The eyes barely can be seen lol.
With a letter attached!
Loves!
