Bf's 18th birthday - Movie + Night Safari

Went out to celebrate bf's actual birthday on the 6th June!!

Because it was his birthday, so I had to plan where to go, what to do and everything. Where got like this!! He never even gave me any ideas on the places he want to go and things he wants to do and just throw everything to me. >:(

So decided to go to Night Safari since I didn't went before. Who cares whether he went before or not. I WANT TO GO!!! Lol. 

But before that, we went to catch Men In Black 3 at GV Yishun!

Movie was alright.

Not to my expectation though. My expectation is.... Hilarious, good story line, action-packed. Sadly, it only met half of my expectation! 6.5/10

Ordered this and shared because we were too full eating snacks and drinking water during the movie. And because we're tired of shopping and walking around, we decided to sit down and grab a bite.

The soup is super YUMZ!! But this whole thing cost us bloody $6.80 WTFWTFWTF. We're eating at the food court!!!

After our super expensive meal, we headed back to Lot One and took 927 straight bus to the Night Safari. Soooo glad that there's straight bus. Or else the next transport we're taking would be cab lol.

After 20-30 minutes, we've reached!!!!

Went to venture around before buying the tickets and head in.

After spending our time outside, we went to buy the tickets and head in!

Good thing that we went on that day is because.............

IT IS BF'S BIRTHDAY SO HE GOT FREE ADMISSION!!! Plus a complimentary ice-cream.

He I only needs to pay for the tram ticket which is $10.

YESSS I PAID FOR THE TICKETS SINCE IT'S HIS BIRTHDAYYYY #goodgirlfriend

On that day, they have 2 complimentary shows so we went to watch the first one because the seats are limited!!

Just look at the crazy crowd!! Luckily we quickly went in and found seats at the corner. Better than don't have right??!??!!?

And the show started after waiting for 15-20 minutes!!

I forget what animal is this. 

Pardon for my dark and blur and not informative shot. Because no flash photography was allowed and the whole place is just DARK.

Yes, therefore the following numerous of pictures are also dark and blur and not informative.

Oohhhh is this a beaver? I guess so!

Beaver(?) trying to smell the girl's hands to see which one contains grape inside.

So it must have strong sense of smell. Duh~

Look at that freaking HUMONGOUS snake. Or cobra. Or... Ok whatever. I've no idea what kind of snake it is.

And the trainees fool around with this korean guy by pretending an animal inside got lost and went inside to find it, leaving this poor guy alone with this super scary snake. He stood there frozen wtf.

So while one of the trainee is talking, 2 cute little animals (please don't ask me what is it) ran out cutely and went to the bucket and steal things and went back inside. Haha toooo cute. All of the animals are very well-trained!!

End of the show!!

The trainee sprinkle food around an area and a bunch of super adorable animals ran out and fight for the food!! Hahahahaha omg 

After the 30 minutes show, we went to watch the other complimentary show.

Not really interested so watched a while and went to eat our complimentary ice-cream.

Complimentary ice-cream! We chose chocolate flavour out of strawberry and vanilla.

After eating, we went to sit the tram!

Again, very blur and dark pictures coming up because no flash photography is allowed PLUS the tram is moving. Some I've to even zoom in soooo much just to capture a ridiculously far and tiny animal. 

Flamingos!! This is the clearest picture out of all the pictures I've taken during my tram ride.

See? The pictures I took suck big time that I don't even bother taking anymore but just enjoy my tram ride seeing animals on my left and right.

The 45 minutes tram ride was great though. Get to see quite a number of animals and is very cooling since it's at night. Just that it's too dark.

Caught Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted the next day with bf and friends. So as to take back my phone too because during that day to Night Safari, bf took my phone. >:( Ok actually is I place my phone inside his bag lol. 

Anyway the movie is great!! 8.5/10

We watched it on the day it released to the cinema and the cinema was FILLED WITH PEOPLE. Kids to be exact. So many kids!!! First time I saw a cinema filled with so much kids wtf kiasu.jpeg

The movie has so good and overwhelmed responses that the queue at the ticket counter is crazily long. While we're queuing, we checked the internet seating and it's selling fast so we booked the tickets while queuing lol. Luckily we book the tickets fast enough because after booking the tickets, we refresh the page and the 1.15pm slot is gone. So lucky!!!
