Since my family and relatives didn't went before, so we decided to go there and have a look.
Had a hard time finding parking lots since it's Sunday!! All carparks at GBTB is full. Parked our vehicle near Marina Barrage!
Good, sunny weather that day! =)
Would love to visit the 2 conservatories next time when I go there!

Spot the OCBC Skyway!
Look closeeeeely! MINI STARFRUITS!
Kind of confusing at first because it is all green and the shape of the mini starfuits resembles the green leaves!
After a walk at GBTB, we went to walk around The Shoppes!
Walked around as well and went back to GBTB because our vehicle is there. Legs are aching due to long walking on my wedges and the route is simply too long!! But I managed to walk through GBTB and we went to Lau Pa Sat for dinner after that! =)

Reached Lau Pa Sat with empty stomachs and we quickly ordered.
Ordered satays. (sorry no pics of satays because we ate too fast lol)
Hotplate beancurd. This is meh.

Sambal kang kong - tasted alright.
Pineapple rice for $15 1 plate. TOTALLY overpriced. And we still ordered two wtf. Totally no pineapple taste la!!! This is the worst we ordered that day. I rather eat one bowl of rice for just $0.50.
Must have stingray!! $18 - overpriced but tasted great. Not much sauce though!!
And a cup of sugarcane juice!! 1 for $1.70, overpriced again. Well, it's Lau Pa Sat.
All ate finished!! Waiting for our last dish.....

CURRY FISH HEAD!!!
The best we ordered that night. Tasted extremely fab. One of the best I've ate too.
The curry is so thick with curry smell - almost perfect. And the spiciness is just there - spicy but shiok!! But the fish is little though. BUT WITH THE CURRY IT'S MORE THAN ENOUGH. I can just eat this with one bowl of rice. Enough.
We even joked that we should just order two of this and it will be shiok already. :P One for $25 if I remembered correctly! My maternal side relatives ALL love curry to death. ^~^
Filling and awesome dinner ending with one of the best curry I've tasted! And even best because 大舅舅(big uncle) treated us to this dinner! =) Arigatou!!
