Wanlinxoxo: June 2013

So before bf's birthday on 6th, I went to buy some stuffs and made a card for him! It was kinda rush so I can't do anything too fanciful/time-consuming since my exams ended on the 31st June~

Hahaha so cute right!!! But this alone costed $7.90 :/ Bought it at Paper Market since I'm a member there and luckily there's promotion at that time so after discount is like $5 plus! :)

One of the page from the card that I did from scratch~ The card was actually in a form of square so I cut it into half and tied them up together. :)

Then it was 6th June~~~

All dolled up and ready to go~ :)

Outfit for that day~ Wanted to wear a dress but couldn't find a suitable one :/

Met bf after school (poor thing have school on his bday) at Buona Vista and we walked to One Rochester after that. It is quite near like a 8-10 mins distance away from the mrt.

I actually made a reservation at 7pm with indoor seats but because we arrived early like 6pm so we had to sit outside first as there's a meeting inside. Outdoor was not too bad afterall! The ambience can be quite romantic at night. :) But I didn't choose outdoor because sis went before last time and she said there's a lot of mosquitoes. :X

Then we shifted indoor when it's 7pm!

Bf's aglio olio with king prawns

The prawns are super big and juicy and yummy!! LOVE. The aglio olio are good as well but a little tad oily~

Truffle fries! Good but we didn't finish it because we were too full and it costed $10 like this :(

My delicious baby chicken

The chicken is really yummy and it is worth the wait because this signature dish of theirs requires 30 mins to prepare and cook! But it was a bit difficult to cut :/ I gave up halfway and asked bf to cut for me hehe.

And there's a huge mirror behind me so I couldn't resist.....

After eating, I gave bf his birthday card. =D

Hehehe look at him smiling while flipping through the pages made me happy as well! He said he love it a lot and this is the best card I'd made for him out of the whole lot. :)))) Yay efforts, time and money well spent!
